Security is our priority, this is why we control and register all devices who have ever been connected to your iBanFirst account. You can lock and unlock any of these devices whenever you want.
Lock a device
Connect to your iBanfirst Account and connect to the "Security" page accessible via the upper right menu. On the security page, you have the list of devices. Click on the button representing a closed padlock.
A pop-in will request you to confirm the lock of this device.
You will receive a confirmation message to indicate the lock of your device
If a user tries to connect to your iBanFirst account on this lock device, you will get the following error message : "You cannot connect to your account with this device because it has been locked".
Unlock a device
To unlock a device, you must connect to your iBanFirst account, go to the security page and click on the button representing an open padlock.
A pop-in opens to request you to confirm the unlock of the device.
