At iBanFirst, each customer has a dedicated account manager available from 8am to 8pm, from Monday to Friday.
To find your account manager's details, click on the "envelop" icon in the top right menu:
On the Support page, you can:
- Find your account manager's contact details, including phone number and email address
- Request to be called back
- Send a message
- Reply to the information requests sent by the iBanFirst's Client Support
- Track the progress of your module activation requests
