Pending or blocked transaction
You can cancel a transaction that is pending or blocked.
Simply open the transaction and click on Cancel.
The transaction will be automatically and immediately cancelled.
You can also request the cancellation, or reversal, of a transaction that has been finalized.
Cancellation of a finalized transaction is neither automatic nor immediate and is not always possible.
Requesting the cancellation of a finalized transaction will send a request to your account manager.
The transaction will be in status "Pending cancellation" until the request has been treated by your account manager.
