In this case, the status of the payment changes to "Documents required" and the payment is blocked until the supporting documents are uploaded and verified by a member of our team.
You can upload the requested documents in:
- The payment details page
- The ticket that has been created in the mail center.
Supporting documents include:
- Pro-forma invoice
- Identification document in case the beneficiary is an individual
Supporting documents will be reviewed and verified by our middle office department and the payment will be executed.
