What is CSV file upload in iBanPay?

iBanPay uses AI to scan your CSV files and extract key payment data in seconds — then prepares drafts that are ready to review and validate. No manual entry, fewer errors, and a faster payment process from start to finish.

How to upload a payment file

Step 1 — Download the mandatory template

If you haven't already, activate iBanPay. Then download our mandatory CSV template and fill it in with the key payment details: beneficiary account information, amount, currency, and reference. You can add up to 50 payment orders per file.

Step 2 — Upload your completed CSV file

Once your file is ready, drag and drop it into the upload section on your dashboard. iBanPay processes the file automatically and generates payment drafts for you to review.

Step 3 — Validate all payment drafts in one click

Group your drafts and submit them all at once. Please note that you can only submit complete drafts that require no further changes and are ready for immediate execution.

Before you upload

Make sure your file:

  • Uses our CSV template

  • Contains no more than 50 payment orders

  • Includes all required fields (beneficiary account details, amount, currency, reference). Column names must remain unchanged, otherwise iBanPay will not be able to read the file correctly.

  • Amounts can be entered with either a dot (.) or a comma (,) as the decimal separator
