From February 2026, we’ll begin rolling out a newly redesigned Accounts section on the iBanFirst platform. This update is part of our ongoing work to:
Simplify navigation across the platform
Reduce time spent on everyday tasks
Give you a clearer, more intuitive view of your accounts
This new view brings all your accounts, balances, transactions, and documents into one centralised screen, helping you manage your day-to-day international payments more efficiently.
What you can do in the new Accounts section
1. View all your accounts from one place
You now have a complete overview of all your accounts in one place, including:
Each account’s current balance
The account currency
A quick preview of the most recent transactions
2. Preview transactions, upload documents and carry out key actions
Click on any transaction to instantly see its key details in a quick preview panel.
This means you can:
Check transaction amounts, dates, and references
Upload payment-related documents directly to the transaction
Review payment details without navigating away
Save time when reconciling payments
You can also access key actions directly on your accounts, such as:
Sending payments
Converting currencies
Crediting accounts
You can also manage users linked to your accounts, without needing to navigate to another part of the platform. No more switching between pages to understand—or act on—your cash position.
3. Download account statements in just a few clicks
Need an account statement for your records or accounting?
Use the download statement button to:
1) Select one or multiple accounts
2) Choose the relevant period
3) Instantly download your statement
