At iBanFirst, we take extensive measures to keep our clients' accounts safe and secure. This includes:

  • Robust Infrastructure: Our servers are hosted in industry-grade data centers.

  • SSL Connection Encryption: Data transmitted between your web browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL certificates and RSA SHA-256 encryption.

  • Regular Audits and Penetration Tests: Our systems undergo independent audits and penetration tests to ensure security.

User Responsibilities

As a user, there are several actions you can and should take to protect your account against fraudulent attempts:

  • Avoid Sharing User Accounts: Do not share a single user account across your company.

  • Do Not Store Your Credentials: Never store your user ID and password.

  • Use a Unique, Strong Password: Ensure your password is both unique and strong.

  • Keep Your Authentication Method Private: Do not share your strong customer authentication (SCA) method with anyone else.

  • Prefer Secure SCA Methods: Use time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) or Yubikey instead of SMS for your SCA method.

Important Reminder

iBanFirst will NEVER ask you for your user ID, password, or strong authentication code.

If you suspect that your user ID, password, or strong authentication code has been compromised, please contact your account manager directly on their phone number.
