iBanFirst allows you to easily configure user access at an account level.

You might for instance want to dedicate an account to paying salaries and restrict access to HR employees. Or you might want to have separated accounts for collections and expenses and only allow specific users to fund the expenses account from the collections account.

Users that do not have access to an account will not be able to see it nor use it to make payments or convert currencies from or to this account.

You can configure user access to a given account on the User access tab.
