iBanFirst allows you to easily configure user access at the account level.

Use cases

  • Dedicated accounts: For instance, you might want to dedicate an account to paying salaries and restrict access to HR employees.

  • Separate accounts: You can also have separate accounts for collections and expenses, allowing only specific users to fund the expenses account from the collections account.

User access

Users who do not have access to a particular account will not be able to see it or use it to make payments or convert currencies from or to that account.

Specifically, users with removed view access will only see a general dashboard and the list of beneficiaries, without any transaction details or account-specific information visible. These restrictions ensure the confidentiality of sensitive data from unauthorized users.

Configuring user access

To configure user access to a specific account, you can go to the User Access tab in the account management interface.

This allows you to manage permissions in a granular way, ensuring that only the appropriate users can interact with specific accounts based on their roles within the organization.

Additionally, users are not notified when changes are made to their access permissions. This ensures that administrators can make necessary adjustments silently without notifying affected users.
