To prevent beneficiary fraud, it is important to note that key beneficiary information, such as the account holder's name or account number, cannot be modified once set.
Modifiable Information
The only details that can be edited are:
Beneficiary's alias
Beneficiary's category
Beneficiary's email address
Only users with Administrator rights can modify beneficiaries
Updating Beneficiary Information
If you need to correct any information for a beneficiary or if their details have changed, you will need to:
Delete the existing beneficiary
Add a new beneficiary with the correct information

Who can delete a beneficiary?
Only users with Administrator rights can delete beneficiaries from your account.
Important: For security reasons, iBanFirst support cannot delete beneficiaries on your behalf. This ensures that only authorised personnel within your organisation can manage your beneficiary list.
Steps to Delete a Beneficiary
Select Beneficiaries
Choose the beneficiary you wish to delete
Click on Delete Beneficiary.
Don't have Administrator rights? Contact your company's Administrator to request beneficiary deletion or to have your permissions upgraded.
