As account synchronization implies sensitive banking data, you might be asked to update your bank credentials occasionally. In this case, an intuitive dedicated banner will explain you how to recover your bank connections.

Some banks will ask you to update your credentials every time you want to refresh your banking data. In this case, you might be able solve the situation by deactivating the "systematic strong authentication" option on your bank platform. Clients from ABN Amro, CIC and Crédit Mutuel can be impacted.
