🔗 iBanFirst & Open Banking Integration
iBanFirst connects to accounting software through third-party Open Banking providers, including Powens, Ponto, Enable Banking and Bridge to automate your reconciliation process. These providers operate under the PSD2 framework.
The provider and authentication screens may vary depending on your accounting software.
🧾 Compatible Accounting Software
You can connect your iBanFirst accounts, for payments reconciliation and check balances, to a range of accounting tools, including:
Agicap, Abby, Aura, Axonaut, Billit, Brightweb, Capital Koala, Cegid, delta, dougs, Evoliz, Fizen, Formee, iPaidThat, Indy, Joko, Kreditz, Kolecto, Leano, Ledgity, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Origame, Pennylane, RCA, Risbee, Riskrate, Sage, Sellsy, Shopify, Soan, Tiime, Wealthcome, Zervant, Zoho books

🔧 Connect your accounts
Start from accounting software:
Log in to your accounting software as usual
Go to Bank connections, Add account or Connect a bank. The wording may vary depending on your software.
Select Add account or Connect a bank.
Search for iBanFirst and select it.
Authenticate with iBanFirst
Enter your iBanFirst login and password.
First, approve the notification in the iBanFirst authentication mobile app, on your phone.
Then click “Validate” in your browser
If you manage several companies, select the correct company
Select the accounts you want to synchronise, including accounts in other currencies
If you see a “password hash” message or another error
Open the details of the existing iBanFirst connection in your accounting software.
Remove any outdated or broken connection.
Start a new connection from Add account or Connect a bank.
Search for iBanFirst and repeat the steps above.
🔐 Security & Compliance
⚠️ We recommend to avoid QR‑code / Google Authenticator login flows offered by some aggregators, as they may create authentication conflicts and break the connection between iBanFirst and your accounting software.
Powens, Ponto, Enable Banking, Bridge are fully compliant with the PSD2 regulation.
All banking data is encrypted and never stored without your consent.
