Adding a bank account and setting up SEPA direct debit

Bank accounts is where you can add your company's bank account and sign a SEPA direct debit mandate to credit your iBanFirst account by debiting your bank account with a SEPA direct debit.

Simply go to Settings > Bank accounts > Add new bank account to add your bank account as well as generate and send a SEPA direct debit mandate.

Please note that the mandate must be registered by your bank for direct debits to go through. iBanFirst will do a €1 debit test to confirm that the mandate has been registered. The mandate status will be updated to "Active" after a first successful direct debit.

Once the mandate is active, you credit your iBanFirst account with a SEPA direct debit from your bank account by going to Account > Actions (the "..." icon) > Credit with a SEPA direct debit.

Credits from a SEPA direct debit usually take 5 business days to be credited on your iBanFirst account.
