Account and fee statements are available every first business day of the month for the previous month. You will receive an automated email once they have been generated and are ready to be downloaded.
With iBanFirst, you have unlimited account and fee statements history, so you can always go back in time and download this past account statement that you miss for an audit.
Where to find your statements
All account and fee statements are available directly within the Accounts section of the platform. You'll find a dedicated "Account statements" button next to Send & Change.
From the Accounts view, you can:
Select one or multiple accounts
Choose the relevant period (month, year, custom)
Download your account statement in just a few clicks
This centralised view allows you to access balances, transactions, and related documents from the same screen — making it easier to manage your reporting and reconciliation needs.
