Q: What type of banking data is accessible by iBanFirst teams?

A: No sensitive data is accessible by iBanFirst teams. We cannot access the data related to external account balances or transactions. We only have access to the account name, the account currency, the synchronization dates and the connection state.

Q: Can other users from the same company see the accounts I have synchronized?

A: You are the only one who can see the accounts you synchronize. The other users from your company need to synchronize the bank accounts by themselves in order to access the company’s banking data.

Q: What are the banks supported by iBanFirst account aggregation?

A: The list of supported banks grows everyday. Most of them were tested with clients and are reliable for business accounts connections. The list of supported banks is kept up-to-date by our Product team.
